Senior System Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for Senior System Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our server and network infrastructures.

Senior System Administrator's responsibilities include monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and direct experience with various operating systems.

Ultimately, you will ensure our software, hardware, servers and networks run smoothly.

As a part of your tasks, you will need to:

• Mentor other team members;
• Define infrastructure strategy, plans, architecture and optimization activities to meet business goals and objectives;
• Architecture automation, implementation and management;
• Architecture, engineer and optimize IT operations management tools;
• Define and maintain cloud infrastructure operations and implementation policies;
• Manage performance and infrastructure capacity;
• Implement IT service continuity plans (detailed design, testing and implementation);
• Patch and manage versions for installed operating systems, system software and other tools;
• Troubleshoot infrastructure problems and solve incidents;
• Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management;
• Revision documentation and keep it up to date;
• Continuously develop technical and interpersonal skills;
• Continuously research new technologies and propose their use.
